Recipe:Not-too-sweet Chocolate Orange Cupcakes(EN/RO)

Hello again, lovelies!
First and foremost...Yay! I made it to 100 followers! Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read and subscribe to my blog :) It means a lot to me.

Today, I have a recipe to share with you. To me, chocolate+ orange= love :) so,what better way to combine them than in a cupcake?Right, there is no better way.
Keep in mind that you can add more sugar if you wish but I prefer it like this. Less sugar= smaller chance of getting diabetes & less calories,right?
RO: Astazi, vreau sa impart o reteta cu voi.Pentru mine,ciocolata si portocalele sunt combinatia perfecta.Deci, de ce sa nu le combinam intr-o briosa? :)
Daca va plac mai dulci,puteti adauga mai mult zahar,dar eu le prefer asa.Mai putin zahar= mai putine sanse sa facem diabet= mai putine calorii :)

You will need:
O sa aveti nevoie de :

• 75 grams butter(softened) ( 75 grame unt la temperatura camerei)
• 80 grams granulated sugar (80 grame zahar granulat)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder ( 1 lingurita praf de copt)
• 200 grams all purpose flour (200 grame faina)
• a pinch of salt ( un varf de cutit de sare)
• 2 tablespoons cocoa (2 linguri cacao)
• 100 ml orange juice  (100 ml suc de portocale)
• 1 egg (1 ou)
• the zest of an orange  ( coaja de la o portocala)

Step 1: Preheat your oven.(I don't pay attention at how many degrees because I have an old type of oven.Just make sure it's hot :) )
RO:Preincalziti cuptorul.Nu tin cont de grade fiindca am un cuptor vechi care imi afiseaza nimic.

Step 2: Mix the butter with the sugar with a hand mixer.(or a spoon or whatever you have).Add the egg and mix again.Just make sure it's all mixed together really well.
RO: Amestecati untul cu zaharul utilizand un mixer(sau o lingura sau ce aveti).Adaugati oul si mixati din nou pana se uniformizeaza compozitia.

Step 3:In another bowl, mix  the flour,cocoa,salt and baking powder.Put the dry ingredients over the butter-egg-sugar mixture and stir.
RO: In alt vas, amestecati faina,cacaoa,sarea si praful de copt.Puneti ingredientele uscate peste cele ne-uscate si amestecati bine.

Step 4: Peel an orange and get the juice of it. Add the zest and juice to the mixture.
RO: Radeti coaja de la o portocala si faceti suc din ea.Adaugati aceste 2 ingrediente in amestec.

Step 5: Line your cupcake tray .Put in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Do the toothpick test if you wish.
RO: Pregatiti tava cu hartie pt.briose.Dati la cuptor pentru aproximativ 10-15 minute .Faceti testul cu scobitoarea ca sa va asigurati ca s-au facut.

Step 6: Enjoy your cupcakes that should look like this:

I know, Monday sucks.But there is always something good and something bad every day and really, Monday isn't worse than any other day of the week. Maybe the sun is shining, or you're looking forward to something awesome that you have planned for the weekend or  someone smiled at you on the bus :)

1 Mai la inaltime!(RO)

Hello again!

Pe blogul lui Alice  are loc din nou un concurs cu un premiu pe masura, 2 nopti cazare pentru 2 persoane la Hotel Piscu Negru, pe Transfagarasan! Yeah,that's right, pe Transfagarasan! Nu-i asa ca suna minunat?

Ce trebuie sa faceti este sa raspundeti  la 5 intrebari usoare,ceea ce voi face eu acum :)

1.Cand ai fost ultima oara pe Transfagarasan?

Hmm,nu imi amintesc exact dar cu aproximatie acum 2-3 ani.Oricum,eram la liceu si era in vacanta de vara, in luna iulie. Ceea ce tin minte este ca atunci cand eram la baza si nu incepusem inca sa urcam bine erau vreo 17 grade si in varful varfului temperatura scazuse pana la 7 grade. Chestia asta mi-a ramas in memorie si mereu cand povestesc cuiva despre Transfagarasan, o includ in povestioara :) Aaaa, si tin minte ca am filmat o gramada de videoclipuri cu telefonul meu mobil cu rezolutie foarte slaba :))

2.Intra pe site-ul Hotelului http://hotelpisculnegru.ro si spune-mi 3 lucruri care iti plac.

Pai,s-o luam cu inceputul.Imi plac imaginile din slideshow-ul de pe homepage. Prima impresie este mereu importanta si atunci cand cineva este intampinat cu imagini ca acelea,mai mult ca sigur va dori sa fie cazat acolo.
Secondly, rezervare se poate face destul de usor si toate informatiile iti sunt oferite direct, fara sa trebuiasca sa intri pe n-spe mii de pagini.
Si numarul trei: informatiile despre atractiile locale.Este ca o mini-enciclopedie despre imprejurimile hotelului.Informatii utile,prezentate frumos si poze reusite. Daca voi fi cazata acolo, voi incerca sa vizitez macar o atractie de pe lista.

3.In viziunea ta cum arata un 1 Mai perfect pe Transfagarasan?

Odata cazata, o plimbare prin jur sa ma familiarizez cu zona.Apoi o cina in restaurantul hotelului si o plimbare noaptea pe afara.A doua zi, as vizita cateva dintre atractiile de care vorbeam mai devreme si cateva carari de munte.Pe scurt, 1 mai petrecut in natura este ideal pentru mine.

4.In apropierea hotelului sunt mai multe atractii turistice locale: 3 Pesteri declarate monument al naturii, Cetatea Poenari, Lacul si Barajul Vidraru, Cascada Capra, Lacul Capra si Lacul Balea - pe care le-ai vizitat pana acum? pe care iti doresti sa le vezi daca vei ajunge pe Transfagarasan? in ce ordine le-ai vizita?

Pana acum,nu am vizitat decat barajul.Adica am coborat din masina pentru 10 minute.Pe primul loc ar fi Balea.Toata lumea vorbeste despre el,ar fi cazul sa vad si eu ce e asa special la el.Pe locul doi ar fi pesterile,apoi cascada Capra,Lacul Capra si la urma Cetatea.Nu prea sunt fana a cetatilor :)

My first THBoxes order & Sensible Sunday(10)

Happy Sunday y'all!

Last month, I checked out THBoxes.com to see if they had any jewelry that I would be interested in. For those who don't know, I'm picky when it comes to jewelry. I want them to have meaning and to symbolize something.
I don't like buying plain crystal earrings or Swarowski- something necklaces. It's more about the meaning behind the piece of jewelry that has value rather than the material it is made of.
Of course, if I get it as a gift that's a completely different story. Gifts always mean something :)

That being said, I like to pick jewelry that represent a miniature of an object or that have something meaningful written on them. I want the necklaces or earrings I'm wearing to say something about me, my personality, my hobbies.

What I like about it is that the chain is longer than that of all the other necklaces I own and contrary to what you might think, the globe is not heavy.Yeah,it's a little bit heavier than other necklaces but it's not bothering.
Also,the details on the globe and the telescope make them look so real, I love it! Another plus is that it doesn't have a lock-thingy so you don't lose time trying to lock the necklace around your neck.


The price is 2,65 $ ,the shipping was free and the delivery time was around a month (faster than I expected, considering it was shipped from China to Romania)
