Yogurt & Fruits Chocolate Cups Recipe

Hello, beautiful people of the world!:)

Today I want to share with you one of the many dessert recipes I've tried in the past couple of months. Apparently, 2013 brought to me a passion for dessert making .

I decided to try out this dessert after watching Byron Talbott's video on Youtube. He makes every recipe look so easy and I really find his videos extremely helpful. I won't go into detail on how I made the chocolate cups because I think it's much more useful if you watch the video itself :)

Now,for the filling I used yogurt, bananas, kiwis and tiny pieces of chocolate. I'm not a big fan of very sweet desserts  so I thought that the filling should be a little bit sour. That's pretty much why I chose yogurt. I sliced a banana and a kiwi .I took what was left of the chocolate that I didn't melt and broke it into tiny pieces and sprinkled it over.

I think this is an awesome dessert for people that are not into extremely sweet stuff.
 You will need:
-about 200 grams dark chocolate
-as many balloons as you want cups
-140 grams yogurt( depending on the size of the cup)
-1 or 2 bananas
-1 or 2 kiwis
-a teaspoon of small chocolate pieces( or why not chocolate chips)

The previous dessert recipes that I have posted: tiramisu and pineapple chocolate pyramid (I just came up with that name,it kind of looks like a pyramid) :)

Have an awesome week and keep smiling! :)

Thoughts of a kid who knows what he wants, but doesn't know how to get there(1)

9 th of November, around noon, a bus going to Bucharest Otopeni Airport. There were hardly any people in the bus and the weather was foggy and somewhat depressing. The sound of whatever Romanian radio station was blasting through my headphones,as I was sitting with the small backpack between my legs.I was excited to be here. Not necessarily in the bus,but on the way to the airport,to my plane who will ultimately take me to Germany.Ok,not Germany, but Switzerland. But I would get to Germany the same day. My phone starts ringing.I look at the name on the screen ."Mum Home".Great,I haven't even left the country yet and my mother is calling to convince me of something. I bought a return ticket for my trip but warned my mother that I might not use it and come a week later. Apparently she wanted me to not postpone my return and come back on the 19 th ,when I was supposed to.I had to attend classses, she said. Oh,did I forget to mention? I'm a student in my last year a...

Red Hair Dye,Other Stuff+Question

Hi, everybody! Happy New Year?I hope the holidays were great for all of you and,if not, things will get better!:) I know I'm not consistent when it comes to posting on the blog but sometimes I'm busy and sometimes I'm out of inspiration. The next portrait I will do will be of Shay Mitchell of Pretty Little Liars :) I'm not sure when it will be up ,but definitely this month (unless something unexpected happens) This month will be a pretty busy one for me as I have my first university exam session.I don't know if I should be scared. Considering there are subjects that I don't even know what are about, I probably should :) The session starts on January 21 and I will kick it off with a Grammatical Structures exam.In fact, it's the only  exam I actually think I'll do good in :) Another thing that happened in the month of December was this : I tried to dye my hair bright red but, obviously, that didn't turn out that great.I should have known tha...

Tourism- bringing the best out of the world!

As a young solo traveler, whenever I plan my next trip I somehow always end up focusing on big names on the map, such as London, Stockholm or some other capital city promoted on the Internet.I don't know how other travelers think, but I don't know if the small village of Sapanta  in the north of Romania( http://www.romanianmonasteries.org/maramures/sapanta ) is somehwere on their travel list.Or the small town of Medjugorje in Bosnia&Herzegovina.    Before turning 18 ,I went on many roadtrips with my father in my country ,Romania, and got to see almost all it has to offer.Yes,Romania is one of the ex-communist countries of Eastern Europe. And yes,it is behind Western Europe and the U.S. in many aspects. But what I have noticed in the small, poor villages I passed through were the tourists who realized that having a good holiday doesn't mean going to Paris. There were not as many as I wished there were but I think that Romania is slowly...
