My favorite crepes recipe!

Hello and happy Monday to you! :)
The week has just started and I have my first exam tomorrow. What plans do you have for this week?

Sometimes, when I'm in the mood for something sweet and quick to make,I opt for crepes( a thinner kind of pancake). There are many recipes for crepes out there but this is the one that I like. You will need:

  • 240 ml milk(240 ml lapte)
  • 2 tablespoons of  granulated sugar(2 linguri zahar)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt( 1 lingurita sare)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract(1 lingurita extract de vanilie)
  • 3-4 teaspoons of yogurt(3-4 lingurite iaurt)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest(1 lingurita coaja de lamaie)
  • 110 grams of all purpose flour(110 grame faina)
  • 1 egg(1 ou)
Now that you have these, mix them all in a bowl until you get a mixture with the consistency of a more liquid cream.Heat some oil in a pan and pour a ladleful of the mixture in the pan. Then you know the drill :)
You will have about 6 crepes resulting from the mixture.
RO:Amestecati totul intr-un vas pana cand obtineti un amestec de consistenta unei smanatani mai lichide.Incalziti niste ulei inr-o tigaie si puneti cate un polonic din amestec.Ar trebui sa va iasa cam 6 clatite.

Fill it with whatever you want and dig in!:D

  6. This is the precise weblog for anybody who needs to seek out out about this topic. You notice so much its almost arduous to argue with you. You positively put a brand new spin on a subject that's been written about for years. Nice stuff, simply nice!

Red Hair Dye,Other Stuff+Question

Hi, everybody! Happy New Year?I hope the holidays were great for all of you and,if not, things will get better!:) I know I'm not consistent when it comes to posting on the blog but sometimes I'm busy and sometimes I'm out of inspiration. The next portrait I will do will be of Shay Mitchell of Pretty Little Liars :) I'm not sure when it will be up ,but definitely this month (unless something unexpected happens) This month will be a pretty busy one for me as I have my first university exam session.I don't know if I should be scared. Considering there are subjects that I don't even know what are about, I probably should :) The session starts on January 21 and I will kick it off with a Grammatical Structures exam.In fact, it's the only  exam I actually think I'll do good in :) Another thing that happened in the month of December was this : I tried to dye my hair bright red but, obviously, that didn't turn out that great.I should have known tha...

Tourism- bringing the best out of the world!

As a young solo traveler, whenever I plan my next trip I somehow always end up focusing on big names on the map, such as London, Stockholm or some other capital city promoted on the Internet.I don't know how other travelers think, but I don't know if the small village of Sapanta  in the north of Romania( http://www.romanianmonasteries.org/maramures/sapanta ) is somehwere on their travel list.Or the small town of Medjugorje in Bosnia&Herzegovina.    Before turning 18 ,I went on many roadtrips with my father in my country ,Romania, and got to see almost all it has to offer.Yes,Romania is one of the ex-communist countries of Eastern Europe. And yes,it is behind Western Europe and the U.S. in many aspects. But what I have noticed in the small, poor villages I passed through were the tourists who realized that having a good holiday doesn't mean going to Paris. There were not as many as I wished there were but I think that Romania is slowly...

The artsy corner : Poetry

Hi guys! It's Friday once again and you know what that means: let's go dancing and have fun 'cause it's the weekend ☺ No,but really...a little dancing won't hurt. Today I was debating whether to make a Favorite Friday post or go with my artistic impulse.Guess who won..That's right, I want to share two sad  poems with you today. Why sad? Because that's the only way I write poems . Dance A single thought that makes your mind race fast And brings your wandering soul into the past Relive the moments, smiles and laughter And think again, before and after Where were your thoughts before we met? 'Cause all you eyes show is regret Don't waste a single minute more I needn't have shown you the door And as your thoughts go on each day They never stop, come what may No one I know would stand a chance To pull you up and make you dance Shade of grey It was a cold October night I saw your face in different light There  was a sparkle in yo...
